Our Data Network

Our network is comprised of Cisco switches with 10G uplinks. These switches are fully redundant; if one device fails then the other is able to assume full network load automatically. Our fibre optic connections from world leading telecommunications companies provide the bandwidth necessary to satisfy high bandwidth applications and retain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

We ensure we have so much redundant capacity in all our connections so that even if all except one provider fails, we can still transparently provide service to our full client base. The whole system is supported by a high power UPS system. All of our servers are connected to APC remote reboot ports to circumvent lockups.

Our systems are protected by state-of-the-art hardware firewalls as well as additional software firewalls for the servers. All network traffic is routinely logged and scanned by our system administrators to ensure optimal performance and system security. Also, the whole installation and server rooms are fully protected by multi-layer security systems and protocols that prevent unauthorised system access.
